We have a dedicated customs practice, consisting of professionals having decades of experience in handling customs disputes for major organisations involved in global trade.

The multidisciplinary team, which is also the biggest in India, offers tailor-made end-to-end solutions on customs as well as allied laws relating to cross border transactions.

Customs Law at LKS

We work extensively on customs laws, on issues relating to classification, valuation, interpretation of exemption notifications, prohibitions and restriction on cross-border trade, Free Trade Agreements, etc.
