- Advised and represented companies in the cement, FMCG, financial services, energy, warehousing sectors and several large private equity investors in merger filings before the CCI and successfully obtained unconditional clearances.
- Advising e-commerce companies in investigations before the CCI regarding alleged anti-competitive agreements.
- Represented and advised a major automobile manufacturer before the Competition Commission of India (CCI), Delhi High Court and Supreme Court of India.
- Represented one of the largest cement manufacturers in the seminal alleged cement cartel case before the CCI and erstwhile Competition Law Appellate Tribunal (COMPAT), defending cement manufacturing companies against the highest penalty imposed by the CCI.
- Representing one of the largest express courier companies in an investigation of alleged cartelization before the CCI.
- Successfully defended allegations of cartelization against corrugated box manufacturers before the CCI.
- Successfully represented a real estate company in an alleged cartel in the real estate industry in India before the CCI and the Delhi High Court.
- Successfully represented the International Air Transport Association in an investigation regarding alleged violations of the Competition Act before the CCI and the COMPAT.
- Successfully represented the national Federation of Corrugated Box Manufacturers as complainants before the CCI in the largest cartel (in terms of the number of participants) investigation in India involving kraft paper mills.
