Our team represents clients in arbitrations seated across various cities in India and other major arbitral seats outside India, including Singapore, London, Paris, Geneva, Zurich, Stockholm, New York, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur and Dubai.
The Team is familiar with the rules of leading national and international arbitral institutions such as the Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA), Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration (MCIA), Nani Palkhivala Arbitration Centre (NPAC), American Arbitration Association (AAA), International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) and the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC).

Our recent assignments, covering all our services under Arbitration practice, include:
- Advised and represented leading infrastructure company in its contractual disputes pertaining to change in law clause, variation in cost, liability to pay tax/ cess, etc.
- Advised and represented a multinational power transmission company in a dispute regarding setting up of telecom line with issues ranging from Right of Way, liability of tax, nature of contract, additional costs and damages for delay, etc.
- Advised and represented an automobile car parts manufacturer in a dispute regarding supply of parts to car manufacturers.
- Advised and represented a Public Sector Undertaking in disputes regarding setting up of Thermal Power Plants with a claim value worth thousands of crores.
- Advised and represented a battery re-processor in a dispute related to nature of tax liability of its transaction.
