  • Advised and represented leading telecom infrastructure providers and telecom companies in their contractual disputes pertaining to change in law clause, variation in cost, etc.
  • Advised and represented FMCG companies, automobile companies in various tax litigations, before Supreme Court, High Courts and various Tribunals.
  • Advised and represented pharmaceutical companies in various disputes against the Drugs Controller General of India (DCGI) and National Pharmaceutical and Pricing Authority (NPPA) before Supreme Court, High Courts and various authorities.
  • Advised and represented various organisations in disputes against the Municipal Corporations pertaining to their liability to pay property taxes.
  • Advised and represented a leading Hospital chain and the concerned doctor in a Medical Negligence case before the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC).
  • Advised and represented a document management service provider in multiple disputes before the High Court and Consumer Fora arising out of loss of documents due to a fire.
  • Advised various food and beverage companies regarding regulatory compliances pertaining to various rules, regulations and policies framed under Environmental Protection Act, Food Safety Act, etc.
  • Advised various start-ups doing business in electric vehicles, regarding regulatory compliance with respect to Motor Vehicles Act and Rules, Environment Laws etc.
  • Advised FMCG companies, automobile companies, etc. regarding regulatory compliances under Legal Metrology Act and Rules, and Waste Management rules framed under the Environment Protection Act, etc.
