  • Advised a leading Indian automotive parts manufacturer in relation to the preparation and negotiation of documents for lease of a large industrial property in Karnataka, India.
  • Advised a leading Indian seed manufacturer and R&D company on title due diligence, documentation and negotiation of transaction documents in relation to the acquisition of large agricultural lands (on freehold and leasehold basis) across different states in India.
  • Advised Airports Authority of India in relation to lease of land for the redevelopment of the Nagpur Airport.
  • Advised Amazon Data Services India on its acquisition of a 54-acre parcel in Thane, near Mumbai, from a real estate developer Kalpataru Group.
  • Advised Ambience Group in relation to sale of the project situated in Panipat to M3M.
  • Advised ATLBattery Technology India on the acquisition process of a large greenfield industrial property admeasuring 190 acres in north India from the State government, for setting up a ‘Mega’ manufacturing facility.
  • Advised Indian Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) in relation to sale of two of its hotels to the respective state governments.
  • Advised Ingenico International India in the review and negotiation of its lease deed with Embassy for grant of leasehold rights in a commercial premise located in Noida.
  • Advised Maruti Suzuki India in relation to due diligence, documentation and closing for acquisition of properties across various cities in India.
  • Advised Suminter India Organics in acquiring leasehold rights over a factory premise situated in Indore.
  • Advised Thomson Reuters International Services in grant of leasehold rights in a commercial premise located in Bangalore, Karnataka.
