Vivekananda Vidyamandir & Ors, and EPFO & Ors. v. Sunil Kumar B. & Ors.
  • Impact studies and remedial measures: Carried out impact assessment studies on the impact of the four new Labour Codes and proposed remedial measures to the clients in IT/ITES, Cement, Tiles, Food, Auto component, Paint and Steel manufacturing industries.
  • Internal Investigations: Handled a high-profile fraud investigation for a client against its senior staff which resulted in a successful recovery from an errant former employee. (ii) Handheld a leading metal detection and material handling equipment company in conducting a detailed disciplinary investigation and provided documentation support on the exit of a key managerial personnel.
  • Setting up Indian operations: Advised a US based test assessment group end-to-end in setting up HR functions, rolling out offer letters, framing of policies for its Indian operations.
  • Streamlining workforce deployment: Handheld a leading digital media and music company in restructuring their workforce and on-boarding a manpower supply agency for manpower deployment.
