Noorul Hassan holds an experience of more than 15 years in the legal services industry and specialises in handling M&A, PE & VC transactions, and also part of General Corporate Advisory.

Over the course of his legal career, spanning over a decade and a half, Noorul has advised a variety of clients including founders, promoters and investors on business structures and setting up of units in Hyderabad and other major cities in Southern India.

Noorul worked for clients in information technology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, real estate, e-commerce, fintech, agriculture, etc. His focus lies on transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, technical collaborations, entry strategies, overseas investments, raising debt, strategic investments, etc.

He has also assisted several companies with their legal audits, labour & employment matters, employee investigations and consistently advises them on governance issues.

  • Shipra Equities Private Limited in relation to the acquisition of 60% equity stake in Scires Technologies Private Limited, a company engaged in the development, evaluation, scaling up, patenting and commercialising of pharmaceutical products.
  • Pan Asia Logistics India Private in relation to the acquisition of 100% equity stake of Pan Asia by a Singapore-based entity, a leader in the logistics sector and providing containerised ocean transportation services.
  • Prism Johnson Limited in relation to the merger of its subsidiaries before the National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad.
  • National Gas Company (SAOG) Oman, a leading Liquified Petroleum Gas marketing and transportation entity, in its exit from the Indian joint venture by way of the sale of its entire stake (59.999% equity stake) worth INR 125 crores to the other joint venture partner.
