The bouquet of services offered by this vertical includes the following:

  • Onshore and offshore structuring and enabling tax-efficient modes of investing in India.
  • Representation of funds (either alone or as lead members of a syndicate) and investee companies.
  • Due diligence of prospective investee companies and targets.
  • Drafting and negotiation assistance from term sheet stage until closing, including transaction documents (investment agreements, share acquisition agreements and joint venture agreements).
  • Supporting the ongoing activities of portfolio companies and downstream investments.
  • Exit strategies and implementation thereof.
  • Documentation and overall transactional support, including working closely with regulators like the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), the Foreign Investment Facilitation Portal (FIFP) and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

  • We acted for Belgacom International Carrier Services Asia Pte Ltd., in connection with its investment in 3M Digital Network Private Limited.
  • We acted for Dvara Holdings in connection with its participation in the fund raise of Dvara SmartGold Private Limited, with certain other investors.
  • We acted for ETS Global, in connection with its participation in the fundraising of upGrad, as part of a larger round involving other marquee investors.
  • We acted for Fleming Laboratories Limited, in connection with its equity investment from India Life Sciences Fund IV (ILSF).
  • We acted for IndiaMART Intermesh Limited in connection with its investment in Finlite Technologies Private Limited (Live Keeping).
  • We acted for Indiamart Intermesh Limited in connection with its investment in Adansa Solutions Private Limited.
  • We acted for IndiaMART Intermesh Limited in connection with the partial divestment of it's stake in Instant Procurement Services Private Limited.
  • We acted for IndiaMART Intermesh Limited, in connection with its participation in the Series B funding of Fleetx Technologies Private Limited.
  • We acted for LifeWell Diagnostics Private Limited, in connection with its receipt of funding from OrbiMed Asia IV Mauritius Limited.
  • We acted for Lumis Partners in connection with multiple investments in various start-ups engaged in supply-chain related businesses.
  • We acted for multiple investors represented by Mr. Abhay Kumar Srisrimal in connection with their participation in the fundraising of Asera Technologies Private Limited.
  • We acted for Ritewater Solutions (India) Private Limited in connection with its receipt of funding from Water Access Acceleration Fund S.L.P.
