Syed has been key member of the firms’ litigation practice for over 10 years. He has handled several complex indirect tax cases and investigations in the areas of GST, Service Tax and VAT.
He also advises on commercial disputes pertaining to Contract law, IPR laws and Insolvency and Bankruptcy laws.
Syed regularly appears before various High Courts and judicial authorities in tax and commercial litigation matters and represents clients from diverse industries, including e-commerce, information technology, infrastructure and automobile sectors.
