Jyoti represents and advises various automotive, consumer electronics, FMCG companies, various airlines and others on diverse aspects of Customs Law, Foreign Trade Policy, Import & Export Control, Legal Metrology, BIS and Special Economic Zone related issues.
Jyoti represents cases before different authorities including CESTAT, Commissioner (Appeals), Director General of Foreign Trade, Customs department, etc
