Anjali Hirawat has been part of the litigation practice of the firm since 2010. She is currently a Partner with the Customs and International Trade team. She also has vast experience in Central Excise litigation as well as an understanding of the Goods & Services Tax law.
Anjali represents various companies in the automotive, pharmaceutical, textile, cement, FMCG, chemical, oil & petroleum sector among others before the High Courts, Tribunals and quasi-judicial authorities. She deals with diverse issues related to taxability, exemption, classification, input credit, refund, etc.
