Having previously honed his skills while working with various audit firms and multi-national groups, he possesses a deep understanding of various products and business models with a proven track record in customs audits and investigation space. During his tenure spanning over two decades in chemicals, engineering and automobile sectors, he as part of the supply chain organization, worked closely with businesses with respect to procurement strategy, new business models and issues related to distribution and logistics.
Having worked in supply chain operations and having exposure to international logistics, Rahul provides comprehensive solutions on matters like trade compliance, supply chain due diligence, warehouse optimization and transport reliability.
Recently, Rahul has also been using technology in ideating various tools including automation, data analytics, workflow management and dashboard reporting, which have helped the organizations in monitoring key performance indicators across the supply chain modules.
He also has vivid interest and deep understanding of the trade barriers and has studied their impact on supply chain of the business. In his role at LKS, he is working as an active lead in devising supply chain strategy, considering the various uncertainties around the businesses.
