Some of the recent decisions in the competition space, include the Delhi High Court’s order upholding the suo moto investigation by the CCI into WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy update, a landmark judgment against an entity incorporated under the excise department of a State for supply of alcoholic beverages and initiation of investigation against an automobile company for anti-competitive agreements.
