Rohini has been advising various Indian and multi-national companies on a range of tax issues with special focus on business re-structuring, including merger, demerger and acquisitions, supply chain optimisation, area based exemption schemes, tax benefits, subsidies, incentives, impact of anti-profiteering under GST, and classification of products.
Rohini has numerous publications on a wide range of topics in indirect taxes to her name and regularly speaks in webinars on various indirect tax issues. Rohini’s skill set includes a deep understanding of the business needs of her clients across varied sectors. She is known for the unique solutions that she brings to the table and for her timeliness in attending to the client needs.
Rohini is a lawyer and Company secretary. She worked with a Big 4 Accounting firm for two years before joining Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan in 2012.
