Rajesh specialises in GST, Excise and Service Tax, and regularly appears before the High Court, CESTAT and quasi-judicial authorities. He has successfully argued several matters for clients from diverse industries and has several reported judgements to his credit.
He is also involved in litigation management for the clients and provides advisory services relating to transaction structuring. Rajesh has been serving many leading corporate houses across a range of industries including Automobile, Textile, Fertilisers, Cement, Chemicals, Renewal Energy, Media and Technology companies.
He is an active speaker and publishes articles in leading tax journals.
