Narendra is an Advocate and a Company Secretary. He has been with the firm since his graduation in 2012, and practicing mainly in taxation and commercial laws. With an experience of more than 10 years, he now heads the Jaipur office of the firm.
He advises clients from diverse industries on planning and structuring of transactions, and litigation management. Litigation is his forte and he regularly appears before different forums including High Court, Tribunal and lower authorities.
He is an eloquent speaker and is well received at different forums including courts. He is also an avid writer and frequently contributes articles and case comments at various forums.
