He has advised clients in variety of sectors including banking and finance, oil and gas, IT & ITeS, telecommunication, iron and steel, electricity automobile etc.
He has conducted various due diligence assignments and handled complex matters involving PE exposure.
He has also handled litigation matters before various Courts, Tribunals and other appellate forums. He has been an active speaker at various seminars and conferences organized on direct taxation. He also has authored many articles in reputed national and international journals.
