Jayant Raghu Ram

Associate Partner, New Delhi

Jayant advises clients on complex matters concerning classification, valuation, interpretation of FTP policy, compliance with IGST and SEZ laws, rules of origin under different trade agreements (FTAs), etc.

He also has vast experience in trade remedy measures such as anti-dumping duty, anti-subsidy duty (countervailing duty), and safeguard measures.

Jayant is a 2012 graduate from the National Law University, Jodhpur.

Prior to joining LKS in 2017, Jayant was a Research Fellow with the Centre for WTO Studies, an independent think tank under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. Before that, he worked as in-house legal counsel to the Lodha Group of Companies.
