Chemexcil, along with Knowledge Partner Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan Attorneys, is organising a webinar entitled, Bonded Manufacturing & Warehousing Scheme for Exporters

As you have been observing that there seems to be various complexities arising in the export promotion schemes viz., Advance Authorisation /EOU/SEZ etc.  Be it may be from legal perspective or from compliance perspective.

We also feel that ‘Bonded Manufacturing & Warehousing Scheme’ could be a viable alternative to Advance Authorisation /EOU/SEZ Schemes and wish to create an awareness among the Indian Industry regarding the same.

Speakers:

  • Mr. Ratan Jain – Partner, L&S
  • Mr. Saurabh Malpani – Principal Associate, L&S
